3. Material Difference: PP Spunbond Nonwoven Fabric

AVACARE bouffant cap is made of PP spunbond polypropylene nonwoven fabric, the mainstream raw material for disposable bouffant caps. It is produced by melting and drawing polypropylene fiber then thermal bonding, without woven warp and weft threads. Features: lightweight, soft, low lint and dust-proof.

9GSM: ultra-light version, best breathability, obvious cost advantage, suitable for food workshops and short-time low-intensity usage, relatively weak tensile force.

10GSM: economy universal grade, balances breathability and basic strength. Most popular specification for food factories, beauty salons and electronic workshops.

12GSM: preferred medical grade, thicker fabric with improved tear resistance and less lint, suitable for clinics and outpatient rooms.
